Coaching is a safe, confidential space where you can share your ideas and goals and be heard without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll explore options, clarify what’s possible, and identify next steps. Think of it like guided conversation, grounded in prayer and real-world experience.

You bring your ideas, questions, and hopes.
I bring encouragement, structure, experience, and creative input.
Coaching is not:
- A quick fix or instant solution
- A one-size-fits-all ministry formula
- Me doing the planning or implementation for you
- A promise that every idea will be perfect or feasible
You’re still the leader—coaching just gives you a partner to help shape and sharpen your thoughts.
What Do We Mean by “Brainstorming”?
It’s more than tossing around random ideas. Neither of us have time for that.
Brainstorming with me is intentional. It’s more about:
- Structured and Spirit-led
- Rooted in adult learning theory and group dynamics
- Customized to your audience (women in church or community)
- Focused on doable next steps and practical implementation
We might explore:

- Creative icebreaker activities or Bible study formats

Three-Session Package –$475 (with bonus follow-up email and worksheet)
Group Coaching (up to 6 women) – $97 per person for 90-minute group session
